Registration

Registration will be open until 11 September.

The registration fee includes the attendance to all sessions of the conference, accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), coffee breaks, and social event, starting from the dinner on Monday 28 September up to the lunch on Friday 2 October.

• Students and post-docs in shared rooms (2 or 3 people, individual beds): 350 € (without VAT) (420 € including VAT). In the limit of availability. You can suggest your roommates.
• Permanent people, single rooms: 650 € (without VAT) (780 € including VAT)

There is limited room availability in the conference centre. Rooms will be confirmed and allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Don’t leave it until the last minute!

The registration is a two-step process:

1. The pre-registration is done by using the following link: https://dr04.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/388/preinscription

You will need to create a ScienceConf account if you do not already have one. After filling the form and submitting it, you should receive an automatic email from Azur Colloque confirming your pre-registration. Please check in your spambox if you have not received any email. The price indicated in the form includes VAT.

2. We will then manually validate your pre-registration. This enable us to check the availability of the rooms. Once it is done, you will receive a second email from Azur Colloque indicating that your registration has been validated, and containing the link to the paiment form. Again, check your spambox. You will be able to pay by credit card or invoice, in which case you should receive the invoice after having entered all relevant information.
